About Me

I am a proud daddy to two beautiful girls and I also married way out of my league. Fortunately for me, we don't have vision insurance and I keep losing (ahem) misplacing the number to get that corrected. We live in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia and love it here. We're minutes away from the beach yet also surrounded by beautiful farmland.

 I love spending time with my family and doing something that gets us moving. We're not the type of family who likes to sit around. We're always going somewhere and the schedule fills up fast, but we love our life and appreciate all that God has given us.


I wear several hats in the "jobs" arena. During the day I work in an office managing the installation of communications cables. I've met a lot of great people there and enjoy the challenges it brings on a daily basis. Every now and then I pick up small jobs to help bring in some extra cash to enjoy with my family or put aside for a rainy day.

I'm now an Independent Team Beachbody Coach and I love all it has to offer. I'm getting paid to get fit and talk about it! Think it's too good to be true? Well, I'm here to tell you it's not!
